Terms and Conditions

The website www.senor.hr is owned by Señor – dobro društvo za komunikaciju d.o.o. The Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Use stated herein, as well as all applicable and relevant laws, apply when you shop here or access our websites. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Use at any time and without prior notice.

The Vendor

The vendor is Señor – dobro društvo za komunikaciju d.o.o, registered at Švearova 1, 10000 Zagreb, for the purchase and sale of goods and the provision of information services.

The Customer

Customer is any webshop visitor who buys at least one product. In the webshop at www.senor.hr, the customer is able to purchase the vendor's products. The currency is Croatian kuna (HRK). Prices include VAT. The vendor will maintain the website in accordance with the best business practices and is not responsible for the quality of the internet connection that the customer uses to access the vendor's website.

Pictures and descriptions

In the webshop we try to describe each product as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to make errors in the descriptions and pictures of our products. To get a completely realistic image of a product, the customer can see it and try it on at the vendor's physical address.

The prices shown are valid only for purchases through the www.senor.hr website.

Payment

The products and services ordered can be paid for using PayPal. Any bank charges that may arise during money transfer are borne by the customer. 

Upon receiving a properly filled-out order, the vendor will send an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of the order to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the order. Prices, terms of payment and special offers are valid only at the time of order and / or payment and may be changed without prior notice.

DELIVERY

General Terms of Delivery

Delivery time for the area of the Republic of Croatia is between 3 and 15 working days and starts from the moment the payment is received by the vendor.

Delivery cost to Croatia is 30,00 HRK including VAT for shipments of up to 2 kg.

Delivery outside of Croatia is possible, in accordance with delivery times and costs of Hrvatska pošta, which can be checked on their website.

Products purchased can also be picked up in person at Ulica Eugena Kumičića 10, 10000 Zagreb.

In case of a pickup, the customer will receive an additional notice via e-mail when his goods are ready to be picked up.

Other Terms of Delivery

The products purchased will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged through normal manipulation during transport. The customer is obliged to check for possible damage to the product when picking it up and, if there is any, immediately take it up with the delivery worker who delivered it, i.e. refuse to accept the goods when outside damage is visible. The customer is obliged to sign the delivery note when picking up the parcel and the delivery worker takes it as a confirmation of delivery. If, after the goods have been sent, the customer receives neither the goods nor a notice of attempted delivery at the expected delivery time, they have the right to notify the vendor in order to request an investigation into the whereabouts of the goods or a new shipment of the goods.

In the event of a delay due to force majeure (lost products, products damaged during shipping at the shipping company's distribution centre, or products returned to www.senor.hr webshop by the shipping company without delivery to the customer etc.), the vendor assumes no responsibility and will send a replacement product as soon as possible.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

The customer is entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • within 14 days of receiving it
  • delivery of goods not ordered
  • delivery of goods which are faulty or were damaged not during transport
  • other cases in accordance with the legal framework

Returning a faulty product

The customer may ask for a replacement for a faulty / damaged product within 14 days of receiving it at the delivery address. The www.senor.hr webshop is obliged to replace the product with the same or similar product of the same price and quality within 30 working days of receipt of the request for replacement. The customer is obliged to return the faulty / damaged product in the undamaged original packaging. Products that have been visibly damaged after delivery and products without original packaging cannot be replaced.

PRIVACY POLICY

The vendor is committed to providing customer data protection by collecting only basic customer information necessary to fulfil its obligations towards the customer, informing customers of how the collected data is used, regularly providing customers with options regarding the usage of their data, including the option of whether or not they want their name removed from the lists used for marketing communications. All customer information is kept private and is only accessible to employees who needs the data to do their job. All vendor employees must comply with the privacy policy.
